Broadly speaking, Indigenous people are undertrained and unemployed in the cleaning, traffic management, and property services industries. In order to create successful employment outcomes for Indigenous Australians in these industries, skilled, culturally appropriate, and tangible training outcomes – that align with real employment prospects – is needed.
We actively procure and source businesses to ensure that all entitlements are in accordance with industrial and Fair Work agreements. This approach means our workforce and the suppliers we work with are diverse and enable opportunities and talents to thrive across the Indigenous community.
